The excessive number of drive links leads to low overall efficiency of the belt conveyor. The direct start mode causes significant mechanical impact on the belt conveyor, greatly reducing its lifespan and increasing the occurrence of faults.
In response to the technical upgrade of the belt conveyor drive system, the original drive system components such as the motor, reducer, hydraulic coupler, and coupling are eliminated. The drum serves as the motor, and the motor serves as the drum, through upgrades, achieving optimal transmission efficiency for the belt conveyor.
